A Call with an Old Friend

Yesterday evening, my phone rang while I was cooking. It was my old friend from university. We had not spoken to each other for two years. I was so surprised and happy to hear his voice. We talked about our jobs and our families. He told me that he had moved to another city. He also said that he had become a father. I shared my own news about my new job. We laughed about the funny memories from school. The call lasted almost one hour. Talking with an old friend warmed my heart.
