Strangers I Met While Traveling

Did you meet anyone interesting on your trip last year? Yeah, actually. I met a woman who helped me when I got lost. Oh, no! What happened? I lost my map, and I had no idea where I was. She showed me the way. That's so kind of her. Did you thank her? Of course. I thanked her and gave her a little gift from my hometown. What about you? Did you meet anyone nice? Yeah. Two boys showed me around their village. They were really friendly. That sounds fun. What did you see? They showed me a small river and a local market. I really enjoyed it. I love meeting people like that when I travel. Me too. An old man even invited me to have tea with him one afternoon. Really? Did you talk for long? Yeah, we talked for almost two hours. He told me a lot about his life. Wow, that's a great travel memory. It really was. A young couple also took some photos for me at the beach. Nice! Did you get their contact information? Yeah, I did. Later, I sent them the photos I took of them. That's really nice. I guess those little moments made your trip special. Exactly. I went there to see new places, but I came home remembering the people I met.
